Gurkamal Hora Arora-Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 1995. Her area of expertise is Commercial and Corporate litigation. She is also a registered IRP with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). She has been handling litigation matters and providing legal consultancy in various fields of law including matters concerning Commercial, Company Law, Civil law, Real Estate, Mergers and Demergers, IPR, Arbitration and Negotiable Instruments before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Hon’ble Company Law Board, Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as well as its State Commission, District Courts, Delhi, and a number of Arbitrations. Her area of expertise also includes Formulating strategies, drafting, vetting, scrutinizing, reviewing and interpreting various agreements including Share Purchase Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Development Agreements, Franchisee Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements etc . She is also a trained Mediator of the Delhi High Court with more than 50% success rate and was an empanelled Arbitrator with the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
